Inspired by our decade long relationship with winemaker Russell Bevan, Institution represents a zero compromise approach to crafting wines. While the wines are serious, we often choose to be otherwise.
The Plan
We selfishly aim to create deep, hedonistic wines that we love to drink. We share what is left with those who never apologize for what they love.
Our Winemaker
Russell has earned over 30 100-point wines in his career, including the world's only 100-point wine in 2011.
The Door
A year after putting INSTITUTION down to barrel, we finally noticed THE DOOR. Locked only with a pair of scissors for a whole year, because the winery came that way. It's hard to notice things that have never changed.
