2021 Erba Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
High on Atlas Peak’s southeast volcanic slopes above the fog line, Erba brings mountain power with a cool, iron‑tinged precision. Cassis, blueberry, and blackberry lift with violet, bay leaf, cocoa, and a graphite line, while the site’s red ferrous stones add a savory echo. Silken on entry, the wine gathers into a finely knit frame with mineral tension and quiet persistence. Aged 20 months in 100% new French oak. Bottles made: 996, to be enjoyed 2023–2041+.

2021 Houyi Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
Carved from Pritchard Hill’s rocky crest at ~1,300 feet, Houyi marries plush depth to crushed‑rock precision. Black cherry, blackberry, and cassis meet mocha, cacao nib, and warm stone, with a subtle sanguine thread that keeps the wine taut.
